Jameis, Jameis, Jameis! Shame on you, Or should I say FSU, FSU, FSU! Shame on you? I am sure that any of you that follows college football, also knows about Jameis Winston and the continuous flow of allegations that he has acquired. Everything from stealing crab legs from a local grocery store(in which he said he just forgot to pay) to being involved with a group shooting BB guns, causing damage to property, to sexual assault. He has been suspended from one game for yelling out an obscenity at the student union, and will now face an upcoming disciplinary hearing to see if he violated the schools conduct code in his alleged sexual assault back in 2012....yeah 2012! Why is he still playing? Is it just blind carelessness from the school, or do they want to compete so bad that they will take the risk?
It doesn't stop there...oh no....there's more! Now he is being investigated for signing over 300 autographs for money!! It just doesn't stop with this guy, and his coach, Jimbo Fisher is backing him up by saying that there is no crime. I would think that FSU and Fisher would be sending this guy packing by now, but it hasn't happened yet. If I were Fisher, I would be starting to worry about my job and possible sanctions against the school for hiding this. Do you really want to take the risk of vacating wins and even a national championship? Is it really worth all of that? After all once Winston is gone, whether he graduates (highly doubtful) or gets drafted, or gets picked up as a free agent, he will not have to worry about any of this because there will be no repercussion for him other than losing his Heisman, if they decide to take it that far. For this, on a scale of 1-10, I give this a big ole 10 on the “you gotta be kidding” scale.
